1. Prototype Status And Assumed Risk
DeskVybz is an early, pre-release prototype. It may contain defects, incomplete features, errors, crashes, unexpected behavior, incompatibility, interruptions, performance problems, and loss, alteration, corruption, or misarrangement of data, files, settings, or layouts. Use it only with appropriate backups and safeguards. Do not rely on it for safety-critical, emergency, medical, financial, legal, or other high-consequence activity.
2. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeskVybz is as is and as available, without warranties or conditions of any kind. LeOtter.site, LeOtter, DeskVybz, SYM Services, Terry Handel, and each current or future SYM Services entity, affiliate, owner, officer, employee, contractor, contributor, successor, and assign (collectively, the Releasees) disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and non-infringement.
3. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Releasees will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, privacy, or use, arising from or related to installation, use, inability to use, or reliance on the prototype.
You are responsible for your device, data, backups, security, connections, and lawful use. Third-party services and content remain subject to their own terms, policies, and charges.
4. Legal Rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability exclusions. Nothing in this notice removes rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
5. Acceptance
Downloading, installing, or using DeskVybz indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted this prototype notice. The Windows installer presents the notice again and requires affirmative acceptance before it copies any DeskVybz files. Declining the installer notice cancels setup.
